Our Story

Since October 2019, we've partnered with Richmond Farmers to bring the best quality Wagyu Burgers. We hope to elevate your culinary experience and take you on an adventure to expanding your palate with our mouthwatering Wagyu Burgers right here in your town. Everyone deserves to have an international experience even from the comfort of their own home. We are located in Richmond, TX, come join us on embarking on this edible journey. Our unique burger joint is here to give you juicy WAGYU burgers with a homemade flare. Locally sourced, sustainably raised, and grass fed, all our meat is from a family owned ranch that never uses hormones or antibiotics.

What is Wagyu?

The word "Wagyu" means Japanese Cow. While having similar health benefits as salmon and olive oil, Wagyu beef has an international presents as well; deriving from Japan beef doesn't get better than that. It has a superior eating quality compared to other breeds of cattle. Even though Wagyu beef has a higher grade of marbling, the texture is finer, which results in an enchanced eating experience. Despite Wagyu having more marbling than compared to normal beef, it has the lowest cholesterol levels of all meats, even lower than fish or chicken. It is also very high in omega 3 and 6. Wagyu Beef is believed to have anti-carcinogenic properties, a substance that prevents or delays the development of cancer.
